Before Shipment: You can cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, please refer to our Return & Exchange policy below.
2. Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility: You may return or exchange items within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, uncoloured models that have been altered, and any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange: To start the process, please contact us at phenom.figurines@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
3. Refund Policy

Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
